- First, make sure that the system is properly set up and connected to the plant's soil or potting mix.
- Fill a clean, disposable bottle with water and screw the cap onto it tightly.
- Turn the bottle upside down and insert it into the plastic stake provided with the watering system.
- Make sure that the stake is securely inserted into the soil, with the tube running from the bottle to the soil.
- Adjust the flow of water by turning the valve on the plastic stake. This will allow you to control how quickly the water drips out of the bottle and into the soil.
- Check the bottle regularly to make sure that it has not run out of water. If it has, replace it with a new one.
- If you notice any problems with the system, such as leaks or clogs, disassemble it and clean all the parts thoroughly before reassembling.
- When the plant no longer needs the watering system, simply remove the plastic stake and dispose of the bottle appropriately.
- If you plan to reuse the system, make sure that all the parts are completely clean and dry before storing them.

Cons- I filled a 750 ml bottle with water and within a day less than 24 hours, the water had drain out even though I set it to drip at its slow rate. There is no way to secure the bottle. No screwing or twist to lock it. (-1) Pros- device is nice design and durable.
